My treatment was such a lovely experience. I hadn't been for a wax in a long time and I felt nervous. Charissa put me immediately at ease. We had the best chat which meant I wasn't even focusing on the waxing - which in any case was not painful. I was so pleased with the outcome and I will be back for sure. Thank you Charissa
