I went for a men’s back wax but this place is way below standards. Little in the way of friendly service, not even a ‘hello how are you?’, a cramped pink room with burnt smell of old wax and worst was the sense of dirtiness, the floor was unswept. The wax got done in the end but left with poor impression, way better salons in London. I put the dirty floor point to the lady, she said it was not their fault as she was so busy! Would not recommend, it needs proper standards for customers. 2/5.
