this hotel is really nice, food is delicious, restaurant overlooks the sea, hotel room was large but rather hot which was slightly disappointing but they did provide a fan for the room.
my only negative comment about this hotel is it's use of the word "spa", it only has a sauna room, gym and treatment rooms so if you wanted a swimming pool with Jacuzzi you'll be a little disappointed. plus, the "spa" is in the basement with no natural light.
Amazing hotel, spa, treatments, staff and price. Shame there's not enough for a pool. Only negative was the soft drinks are expensive and the bottled water is ridiculously expensive, which you need after your treatment. You think it be included. Our massage was utterly amazing. Thankyou.
Room was filthy and staff has no idea what they were doingdoing. Very poor ventilation
The staff were exceptional, the location was great with a backdrop of Dover Castle from the restaurant. The food was exquisite and including a treatment each the package was fantastic value for money.
