Booked 2 4 1 spa day+glass of Prosecco/mini treatment.Upgraded to 1 hr facial(£15)& booked afternoon T to finish! Facial was brilliant & relaxing.Products smelt lovely,left my skin looking good too. Staff friendly,helpful,accommodating.Nice new facilities,clean,quite small but cosy. Went Wednesday,wasn’t too busy.No pool-didn’t bother us too much we had the other stuff/relaxation room.Snacks in the relaxation room would have been nice or somewhere to purchase them in the spa.Otherwise great day!
Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The spa was quite busy the day we booked but we still had time using all of the facilities. The staff were charming. We both had a full body massage which was relaxing and undone all the knots. We had an afternoon tea booked after and the restaurant was great, the kitchen were very helpful and helped with food intolerances and helped me to have the best experience. I really am looking forward to returning

I booked this for my daughters birthday it was really lovely it was very quiet in the spa and the staff where very attentive we used the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna it was very relaxing then we sat in the relaxation room which was so chilled I had a cup of herbal tea lots of teas to choose from but if u don’t like herbal then that would be annoying as they’ve taken the normal tea and coffee away now x
My full body massage was lovely and our afternoon tea was rather yummy fresh homemade scone
