Amazing treatments and Therapist! Emily has only just started and is friendly and makes you feel at ease. Couldn't recommend enough!
Very, very, very misleading description given on phone by sales person.
Booked 3 hours for 2 people, for full body massage and facial each, plus a 5 min laser patch test... complained on the day that service offered was not what I had booked for on the phone. We were both in and out within 1hour 45 mins, as they did not do/offer what we paid for.
Shanice from HQ has not got back to me as promised, despite several messages to her and another colleague promising she would contact me urgently. Am Still awaiting refund as I paid in advance for other treatments approx £250.
Alderley Edge does not offer a normal facial - despite that being what I booked for (after a lengthy discussion on the phone when I made the booking) - on the day was told we could chose from the 3 facials offered there: microdermabrasion, a peel, or skin needling - none of which are suitable for a 16 year old!!
If one does decide on needling, you would have to leave the salon, find a pharmacy and try to buy numbing cream. Probably not something you would do on the spur of the moment.
So disappointed by the HQ lack of customer service and professionalism.
I have asked for a copy of the transcript of my phone call, where I explained I was taking my 16 year old daughter for her first ever treatment and asked if things were suitable for her.

Great treatment, my skin is visibly smoother, I'd really like to incorporate a monthly one of these into my regular skin care routine. Very pleased - will be back!
The deep tissue massage was excellent and the staff were professional and advised next steps. I was extremely happy with the service and have booked more appointments.
