Booked a wash and haircut, no blow dry. Warda was lovely on the phone when booking the appointment. Got to the salon earlier than my appointment time so she asked me to wait.
She was treating her friends to a beauty treatment and took her sweet time because I ended up waiting 20 minutes for her. Couldn't go anywhere else as it was closed. She's a solo beautician - she didn't employ any staff to help her.
She mumbled something in her language about me to her friends. I could tell they were talking about me because they all looked at me one after the other, which I thought was so rude and immature.
She did a good job with my haircut but her behaviour was just soooo rude and patronising. She faked being nice towards the end of my appointment and hoped that I'd become one of her regular clients but her rude behaviour put me off so I won't be going there again.

I went to Warda for a laser consultation on my eyebrows done by a different artist. As well as being extremely welcoming and kind, she was extremely helpful and honest and gave me a clear idea on my steps forward. I Am looking forward to my next appointment!
