The experience today was exceptional, I opted for the exfoliation treatment with back and shoulder massage. Nat is highly skilled and well practiced. She understood my needs perfectly. The salt rub was really good leaving me feeling refreshed. The massage was very effective in revealing my back pain. Now two days later I can still feel the benefit. I will be going back again soon.

Went specifically for knots around my shoulder blades due to having a desk job. Definitely the most thorough treatment I've received for it, almost to the point of it being too intense, but thanks to the aftercare advice I had no pain the next day :D
