I was late and flustered for this appointment and the salon couldn’t have made me feel better. I was ushered in and made to feel comfortable and at ease. Wan was excellent, kind and professional. My treatment (a facial) was excellent and I left feeling so much better!

Quiet and relaxed generally, phone rang a few times to interrupt peace and the masseuse had hayfever so had to stop a few times but overall really good experience
