Really relaxing atmosphere and friendly service from start to finish. Nice little touches such as the hot towels in the massage and the complimentary Thai tea after the treatment. Massage therapist was lovely and clearly experienced. She was attentive and went above and beyond to help my neck pain. I asked for a 'medium' strength massage which was really quite firm! The massage was quite painful at times and I have bruises on my arms and back. I'm assuming this is normal when I'm not used to it?
