As usual, everything was fabulous. Only thing that I was put out about was:- I have a loyalty card, pay gor 10, get one free. As I was paying, I was informed that the 'free' one (due next time), will now be half price. Seems unfair after spending all that money previously. Won't stop me going again as the treatment is excellent.
