I had a gua sha facial and a Swedish massage and couldn’t fault the experience. The location is brilliant – right in the city centre – and excellent value for money. Anna was very attentive and clearly very knowledgeable; she talked me through the facial step by step, explaining what she was doing and how it would help with my specific areas of concern, which I really appreciated. The experience felt thoughtful and personalised rather than rushed.
