Honestly I have no doubt the treatments are fine (this is what led me to book her) however, Wanessa and team left me outside. I emailed twice and called several times with no response. The door bell outside doesn’t work. I go on holiday in a few days so this is hugely inconvenient given I now have to find a different place and factor in patch test etc. I understand circumstances change but a notification cancelling the appointment before I wasted my time would have been appreciated.
