Yvonne is amazing! I had a facial by her when I was heavily pregnant and have now returned 4 months post partum. She gets to know your skin and makes it feel very bespoke.

Ashley was 30 minutes late due to traffic. Start time suspiciously changed on the app....The spa was locked so had to hang around until he arrived. Lee tried to help on the phone. Ashely arrived understandably flustered so not the best start. The room was hot and stuffy. Half way through the massage I had to ask if there was a fan in the building. The towels are stiff and scratchy. Massage was fine but it was not a great experience so sadly I will take my business elsewhere.

After spending £113 I have been left with the WORST rash I have ever seen on my bikini line and upper legs. Let me just clarify this is not my first wax and this has never happened before so this is 100% down to this salon. When I arrived the doors were locked so I waited 20 minutes and as no one arrived I called the salon and the lady who answered was not welcoming at all. The beautician was nice but the rash and the technique used has made me want a full refund!
