I had a bespoke organic facial with Yvonne M and it was great as always. So relaxing and a great massage while the face mask was on. I’ve been going back every 6 weeks as it’s so great. Would definitely recommend

I had the red carpet facial with Yvonne and had such a wonderful and relaxing experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing. My skin looks and feels AMAZING! I would highly recommend! Thank you!

Always had great service at lotus spa. What I would say is that the reception in Wandsworth town branch is not very inviting and I think if I didn’t know how good the treatments were I probably wouldn’t walk in off the street.
