I’m really disappointed with my eyelash extension appointment. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes, the lashes looked clumped together, uneven, and messy,- I wanted a natural hybrid with a cat eye shape,
The overall result looked quite bad and uncomfortable, and I unfortunately felt I had no choice but to ask for them to be removed the same day. This was upsetting, especially after spending the time on the service.
Sadly, this wasn’t the quality or standard I was expecting
