I normally find waxing painless but this was not a good experience - multiple attempts to try and take wax off too early etc. She also missed so much hair - not just the odd stray but whole areas. I asked her to redo it once but she clearly couldn’t see properly in the light and I didn’t have the time or patience to point out all that she’d missed so left it. Had to use strips at home - 2 full double sided strips of hairs leftover from a Hollywood is not great.

I had the best experience doing my nails with Vicki. It’s only my second day but I am absolutely in love with my nails, they came out beautifully and I’m getting compliments already. I’m definitely a regular now!!!
