I was definitely dissatisfied with my treatment.
The manicure before gel polish was just a 2min of cutting and filing. Shameful to call it and pay it like that!
Apart from this, the small that you inhale there, is unacceptable. No ventilation or any air change.
I ended up passing by but never again!

No cleaning of my hands or taking off of the reminder of my previous clear varnish before the manicure. The manicure lasted exactly 12min and cost me £25

My nails look gorgeous, my therapist took her time to ensure they were perfect even staying a bit after closing. Booking was easy, all of the staff were friendly and conversational with customers, it was a nice vibe and the decor was really cute too. I don't live in the UK but if I do ever come back to London, I wouldn't hesitate to come here again or recommend to others.
