It think it would be better if the efficiently instruments were sterilized before each customer not just dipped in a sterilizing liquid.

Not very welcoming staff and slightly uncomfortable atmosphere due to them speaking their native language to each other.
The technician was quite rough with my nails and overall I found the interaction not very pleasant.
