Have raised a complaint with both the Wan Richmond and treatwell with regards to the experience. Incredibly noisy, and when raised to front desk the lady was very rude. Have emailed Wan to explain my frustration to be told that if there was something wrong they would need to be told within 15 minutes of the massage starting - this is not highlighted anywhere in the branch, and in that 15 minutes I was already unclothed. Would not visit again and appalled by the level of communication from Wan since
