I came in with back pain and mentioned it, but my back got very little attention. The whole massage felt rushed and random — moves on one side weren’t repeated on the other. She never asked about pressure; it was occasionally too hard, but mostly just patting and spreading oil, with a lot of joint cracking and little real massage. She twice opened the door to talk to someone, which was distracting. The rating is slightly higher only because the room was clean and the oil smelled lovely.
