Booked in for a sports massage at Wan. Cost £35 as I had a £10 voucher from Wahanda which for an hours massage is great value. Received a full hour massage, not 45 minutes after the therapist has got you settled etc. which is what I have experienced in other places before. My therapist was called Pan and she was great! I'd say the massage was a blend of a sports and a Thai massage but it was perfect for my needs and I will be returning.

Great massage, friendly staff but the ambience could have been better. Heard people walking down the stairs and someone flush the loo next to the curtain while mid massage which spoilt the ambience a bit, but it was a good price for a massage so I let that go. The massage itself was very good and very professional yet friendly.

Great hour massage followed by half hour reflexology. No frills Thai venue below shop in central Richmond. Liked being on the floor. Felt very relaxed and detoxed afterwards. Fair value for central location with Wahanda deal + voucher. Excellent masseuse lady. Will be back.
