An unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. There was a lot of noise happening in the upstairs shop which wasn’t relaxing. The staff were very defensive and had an argumentative tone when trying to give feedback for future which was quite rude and very stressful. Would not go back after that.

My mother especially loved her massage, said it was the best she’s had- aromatherapy. I was a little skeptical at first but pleasantly surprised by my Swedish massage. Loved the room and my practitioner, she made sure I was comfortable and checked how I was doing pressure wise. It was one of the best massages I’ve had. Will be booking again. Only tip would be if the type of massage technique changed at one or two points for 5 stars but the rest of the routine is pretty perfect.
