At last I've finally got the hair color I've always wanted after all these years. Tracy is an artist who listens to you and after showing her some pictures managed to turn my dark greying, difficult to manage hair into a beautiful classy blonde color. I have finally found my forever hairstylist and looking forward to my next appointment with her. I am recommending her to all my friends. Thank you so much Tracy.

Absolutely amazing! My hair is perfect and exactly what I asked for - love it! Tracy was really lovely and welcoming and it’s clear that so much thought has been put into the salon and all the bits to make a great customer experience. Found my new hairdresser in Newcastle 😍
