Greeted with a friendly welcoming smile. David was very easy to talk to, confident and professional. He cut and styled my hair exactly as I was hoping for, which isn't easy as it's always difficult to explain as to how you want it styled. David took his time and I left very happy.

Terrible service, I was booked in for highlights cut and blow dry, asked the stylist to match the colours already in my hair and described how it is usually coloured (I am new to the area so trying the salon for the first time). I have blonde highlights and when she removed the foils my hair was orange. The staff then quickly applied a toner but really it needed dying again. Unfortunately the stylist is very inexperienced and displayed this throughout the treatment, I left unhappy and out of £
