Really disappointed I booked in for a hair appointment on Saturday but the hairdresser was in South Africa and offered to reschedule. I have tried to get in touch with her several times and haven't heard anything at all. Disappointing as I had to find the number through treatwell customer services and do all of the communication and she still hasn't said anything about a haircut.

I've always been very happy with the prompt, reliable, professional and reasonably priced service I receive from VV Hair. I look forward to getting my hair done because VV hair is good humoured and fun so the time goes quickly. Instructions are followed to the letter but VV Hair is always willing to give helpful suggestions with regard to style, aftercare and products without being pushy. My hair always looks great and I get a lot of compliments after having my hair done by VV Hair. I highly recommend this business.
