Always have an amazing experience. The attention to detail is excellent, and everyone, including other customers, are friendly. My only criticism is that I get quite cold during the hour I spend there. Otherwise, the best!

I booked a luxury gel manicure + a regular manicure. while my friends regular manicure- complete with a cuticle treatment and hand massage- was great, my manicure was rushed and really poor. No hand massage or cuticle treatment so I’m not sure what made it luxury. When several people walked in after we had started, they got stressed and rushed stuff. My nails are all a different shape, the middle finger nails are too short and look like they are being pried off. Plus she cut me and I bled.
