It was great! I generally don't like getting my hair done as they always take too much off! But he didn't at all, he just took off what was needed! Will definitley come back to get my hair done again

Unfortunately there was some sort of mix up with my appt. I turned up at the appropriate time (I'd had a text to confirm) and I was told that I had missed my appt as it had been for 45 mins earlier! I showed the text with booking confirmation but got a shrug. The stylist did offer to still see me but I'd have to wait. I was on a tight schedule and had booked that particular time for a reason. I asked for it to be rescheduled for the following week but had to change that due to work commitment. Then finally had my appt - lovely treatment, very happy with end result and the staff are great, but I'd paid upfront on-line for a stylist, however didn't realise that my hair was done by exec stylist. £42!! And I was too embarrassed at the till because there were tons of people around to challenge that I'd already paid £21. So a basic 30min wash, cut and blow dry...£63.
The system doesn't always work. Don't pay up front.
