Heidi was my stylist and she listed intently to how I wanted my hair done and then did it exactly how I wanted I could not have asked for more, I have booked with her for my next visit.
Greeted on arrival by the lovely Hayley who started our appointment with a friendly hospitable approach. Hayley firstly familiarised herself with what I required and hoped to achieve from my wash and blow dry. As I was attending a wedding she made sure that I had a professional blow dry that would create a last effect throughout the event. A fab throrogh hair wash and condition then offer of coffee was extremely enjoyable. Hayley ensured that I was happy with the style she create and I relieved compliments throughout the day. My appointment time was not honoured due to being booked via Treatwell. I was called on the morning of my appointment and was asked if I could come an hour and a half later than my booked time. Luckily I could accommodate this, but it was an inconvenience.
I didn’t get asked something as basic as what side my parting was on, so the blow dry ended up being wherever the stylist wanted the parting to be and I had to change it after I had left.
The salon itself is nice and if you can get a reduced deal through Treatwell it’s worth a visit.
Unfortunately it was the worst blow dry I've ever got. I had hayley and she was such a nice girl but either she was having a bad day or she's just junior but it was bad from start to finish. 1shampoo didn't brush my hair at all didn't wash out the shampoo properly. Put moose in my hair and it hardened in random places. Asked for a middle parting and I honestly don't know what I got, the top of my head was all over the place and there was knots In it. And it felt like straw afterwards when normally it never does.
