I was looking forward to trying this place after the good reviews but am a bit disappointed.
I was kept waiting for almost twenty minutes after I arrived - not ideal when I had booked the appointment for my lunch hour. I understand things overrun and stuff happens but no one even came to let me know which I wasn't too happy about.
When I got downstairs to the parlour she then proceeded to take the rubbish out in front of me whilst I sat waiting some more.
Ultimately whilst she was perfectly pleasant and the wax itself was fine - it was just disappointing overall. It was slow and the staff were inattentive and yes I was late back to work!
Really nice staff, which made me feel comfortable, and I'm also happy with the result.
Absolutely amazing ! Lyndsey is a wizzard at doing shellac would reccomend her to any of my friends and family :) always a warm atmosphere as well in the shop :) x
This is a great salon in a great location. Lindsey was amazing and my nails look great for my holidays. What more do you need? I will be going back again.
Been her 3 times now, each time had my treatment with Lyndsey who is lovely. No doubt will be back again soon.
