Everything was OK and pleasant enough, slightly lacking in atmosphere and service. For most salons who have had a tough year due to COVID I would expect them to absolutely delighted to welcome in customers.
I paid £36.00 for an express gel manicure with no cuticle work and today their website is £34.00 for a complete gel manicure, feels misleading.

The massage was good and relaxing, but after I’d paid and left I received an email with my receipt which showed their £25 price crossed out and replaced with the “discounted” Treatwell price I was charged at £33.60, which left me feeling a bit ripped off!
