Lovely lady but my gel express manicure was the worst I’ve ever had. Super messy finish, no cuticle care, wonky filing and stuck my skin to the gel polish. So disappointing and definitely not worth the money!

My appointment for a facial was booked for 2.15pm. On arrival I was told to sit and wait by someone else. I was given no information at all & the therapist didn’t speak to me about running late. I sat there for 30mins. She then came out & said that the last person had been late etc. very little communication given so as I wasn’t in the frame of mind to relax I rescheduled. Very difficult to get a refund on TreatWell so I’ll have to go back next week. Can’t comment on the quality of the facial.
