Overall good but the customer service and flexibility over the phone should be better. On my case, I called Volta's spa 20mims before my appt to let they know that maybe I was going to be late by 5-10mins max due to an unexpected emergency that occurred to me that same morning and the answer I got from the person on the phone was that they have back-to-back appt and they may have to cancel my appt if I arrive late... it's not nice and what someone needs to hear on these cases...Thank you!
