Tried this spa as an alternative to where I usually go. However, I wouldn’t recommend. The woman doing my nails was not who I had booked with, and made me feel uncomfortable, making comments about my weight. I felt I couldn’t relax and she kept frowning at me. The shellac polish fell off continuously and she had to keep repainting it. There was polish on my skin and the overall process took 1hr30 - double what it normally would. Thank you for a small discount off the service but wouldn’t go back

Very hot and airless. The venue is not set up for manicures, no table/ bench, only the pedicure chairs - so was a very uncomfortable experience
