My appointment for a facial was booked for 2.15pm. On arrival I was told to sit and wait by someone else. I was given no information at all & the therapist didn’t speak to me about running late. I sat there for 30mins. She then came out & said that the last person had been late etc. very little communication given so as I wasn’t in the frame of mind to relax I rescheduled. Very difficult to get a refund on TreatWell so I’ll have to go back next week. Can’t comment on the quality of the facial.
