My shellac manicure peeled off the very same day. I have called and emailed the venue multiple times to give them the chance to refund me before I left this review, but sadly they haven’t. They offered to redo my nails for me, but since it was for a wedding this weekend I didn’t have time to go back to the venue and didn’t want to go back given the manicure had peeled off that day. The venue were not particularly helpful or polite in dealing with my complaint and most of the time they don’t answer the phone.

Treatwell messes with their own booking system meaning my appointment was rescheduled to an inconvenient time, only for it to be double-booked by someone else. The service was friendly and very quick but my eyebrows do not match at all! Disappointing
