This really was a 5* experience. Louisa is a pro - I'm not sure that I've ever had such a relaxed, pain-free Hollywood wax, and she's really thorough too. The salon is so nice - spotlessly clean, warm and with lovely touches like nice towels and relaxing music which is so rare for waxing. Every visit to this spa feels like proper pampering.
