Unfortunately my left eye was less successful than right eye. I was also surprised to see my lashes go up with a clear 90 degree alike angle, rather than very nice curls. I rang the shop on the day and also next day, hoping they could get it fixed. Unfortunately, I haven’t heard back yet. I am not sure if that was with Louisa, but it was with a lady who only works there on Mondays.
