I have been here once before and had a lovely experience, the staff were calm and very friendly. However I came again on saturday and they appeared to have over-booked or put appointments too close together. The salon called me before I arrived (even though I was on time) to check where I was, they then advised that they had over booked and that my appointment may be rushed. My 25 min appointment was finished in less than 15 minutes, I was left feeling rushed and very sore (brazilian). I was then charged full price, even though my appointment was rushed and I was not happy with the finish. Unfortunately I will not visit again. A shame as after my first visit I thought I would become a regular here as I'm new to the area.
