Spent a lovely afternoon at Volta including an Express Facial, Full Body Massage, Manicure and Eyebrow wax and tint. The staff were really helpful when booking, made me feel very comfortable and relaxed on arrival and were attentive throughout. It would have been nice to have a bit of a consultation at the start, especially when having multiple treatments, so they could explain how it would work and also ask if there was anything I did/didn't want/areas I wanted them to concentrate on in the massage etc. I would also have liked to have known a bit more about the products they used. On the whole though a really great experience and would highly recommend.
