The venue and staff were okay, but both times I went my wax left me hairy! Didn’t do the job :(
The second time left me pretty sore too where she went over patches.. I’ve been getting waxed for years elsewhere and I will continue to get waxed elsewhere in future!

My appointment was moved, meaning I had to go back to finish the treatment. I was charged overall £40 for take off and gell replacement which I think is expensive! 2 nails already lifting and the file wasn’t very good. All in all, I won’t be back.
