The most painful wax I’ve ever had and I’ve had many before. The beautician could not pull the strips off properly and so repeatedly tried doing this, pulling the skin hard without being able to rip it off properly- this meant that my skin and hair were being repeatedly pulled. Led to an awfully painful wax and afterwards I looked and found that hair was still left and I was also left red raw and very sore. Felt sick wth pain. The beautician was also very rude and could tell she was annoyed I had booked in for a late Friday appointment
