I normally have a really lovely lady Louisa but my most recent time, I got one of the owners for my bikini wax. I went home uncomfortable, only to discover later that my wax is TOTALLY uneven and she had burnt my skin which left me with raw skin. When I called to discuss, it too her a few days to call me back knowing it was a complaint and in the end, she wasn't very apologetic.
Very disappointed by the service!

Staff are very friendly very clean and atmosphere is very relaxing, I am very relax with my deep tissue massage my therapist is Laura and she's is really good all of them are good and nice, I recommend Volta Spa with all my colleague at work . value for money is very good..

I only found out about Volta (which is a 5 minute walk from my flat!) from the Treatwell app. The prices are great - my underarm wax was almost half the price of another place I've been to before down the road, and they did a better and faster job. Will definitely be going to Volta again, and Treatwell makes it so quick to book. No brainer.
