I booked the evening before and when I arrived was told appointment not available
no phone call or message so a wasted trip
Claimed problem was with Treatwell which didn’t update
and they had had that issue before
I asked for a refund which they said was only through Treatwell
Later I received a rescheduled appointment. When I rang to query said it was necessary to activate refund. Still waiting
