Badly organised. Area where I was to sit hadn’t been prepared. The therapist asked what I was having done as she didn’t know.
Pedicure was very average. Feet not properly prepared, no hard skin removed. Only the cuticles were dealt with. A poor selection of colours and then the beautician rushed to paint my toes as she had another client. They were badly painted and looked awful. Once I got home I saw that my feet barely looked as if they had been done. Total waste of money and very unprofessional service.

The wax was ok. Not very precise I have to say, there was a lot of hairs left and I wasn't asked to double-check before leaving. Usually it's a bit more precise and officient but this time it felt rushed. For the price of the treatment it could have been better.
