This was my second visit to Volta’s spa. The staff have always been really friendly appon arrival. The Brazilian wax was done really well. This is why I came back after the first time.

The main entrance door was very stiff and not closing properly nd the radiator was not working so it was a little cold. The staff were very nice and loved the treatment although the rooms are quite small and cramped.

I wasn’t impressed with this treatment either time I attended. I am a regular waxer and was given some ridiculous excuses for poor results, these were the worst and most painful waxes I have ever had. I was left bleeding, sore and spiky on the second go!

Very friendly welcome, asked if we would like refreshments, offered tea or water. The treatment rooms are clean but very small with limited room for getting changed.
