The staff was great but used strip wax mainly for Hollywood bikini even for sensitive areas. Subsequently caused irritation and mild bleeding which I don't normally get with Hollywood waxing. Not sure why the therapists did not use the hot wax throughout. I will think about going back again, maybe if I can't find anywhere else to go.
