My appt was cancelled at short notice which was annoying as had arranged whole day to fit in. Told masseuse had a “slight headache” & not in...went on following day. Was kept waiting 10 mins. I am not convinced that the towel placed around my face had been changed since last customer. Massage was good. Staff are very nice.
