My experience here was OK but my express manicure wasn't the best I've had. The nail polish wasn't applied to the edge of my nails - I felt like I could have done a better job but might just be because my therapist (who was lovely) was a bit rushed for time. The relaxing music stopped halfway. This didn't bother me too much and the staff apologised, but my friend was having a massage and it ruined her experience somewhat as she could hear people going to the toilet, cleaning and talking.

I had the half hour massage and half hour facial. My shoulders were very tight and the massage got into all the knots. The facial was very relaxing and even though it was only for half an hour my skin was glowing. The face and head massage in the facial was amazing.
