I come once a month for a massage, and all the therapists are good at what they do. My personal favorite is the hot stone massage. The staff are professional and attentive.

My experience here was OK but my express manicure wasn't the best I've had. The nail polish wasn't applied to the edge of my nails - I felt like I could have done a better job but might just be because my therapist (who was lovely) was a bit rushed for time. The relaxing music stopped halfway. This didn't bother me too much and the staff apologised, but my friend was having a massage and it ruined her experience somewhat as she could hear people going to the toilet, cleaning and talking.

I had never been to Volta's before but it was really lovely. The staff were friendly, especially Laura, and the treatments done very well. I will definitely be going back!
