Really lovely venue with really lovely staff. However, manicure itself was really bad which is a real shame as I would have liked to make it a regular appointment. The shaping of the nails was very inconsistent I was not asked about shape preference nor is there a clear shape across all my nails. The gel itself was layered on to my nails are too thick and well outside of my nail well on to my fingers so the manicure started to peel actually on the day. The place itself is wonderful, it’s just a real shame that the service provided was not worth it. Sadly I will not be returning
