Really enjoyed my facial in particular. Lovely, relaxing music. Rooms were a little small with nowhere to hang clothes in the facial room, but a small gripe!

My mother and I both had Elemis sensitive facials on our first visit to this spa. We both said they are the best facials we have had (& we have had quite a few facials). The staff were lovely. I especially liked when the face mask was on the therapist did a hand and arm massage. At other places this has not happened and this helped to make the treatment special. We are definitely going to go back.
